Natalie began her journey in the events industry some ten years ago! Originally a Hampshire lass she moved to the big smoke to embrace the corporate world! Natalie took to it like a duck to water and hasn't looked back since. having organised a number of high profile events including none other than Hugh Hefner's 80th Birthday, Natalie is what we call in the trade a tru pro. Natalie is a hit with the coporate clients and understands what they need from the word go. Her bargaining skills are second to none and she will guarantee you the best deal for your office party or private celebration. Her eye to detail is faultless, she is meticulous in her event planning and her determination and aspirations to make Stare a leading events agency has taken it from strength to strength since opening in 2007.

Xuxa began her journey into the events world ten years ago. It was in 2005 that she worked alongside Natalie and a strong partnership was formed. They both had the same desire to create a one stop shop for event related services to the corporate world. Xuxa has a creative flair that has allowed her to develop Stare Consultancy as a brand. She has created a distinct style that reflects their fresh, feminine and funky aura. Xuxa is the queen bee of the party scene (well maybe back in the day) and notoriously organises parties that no one forgets.
